Payne Model 96 Bamboo Fly Rod 6'6" 2/2 #4 7'8" "Creating the Garrrison Fly Rod"A great Payne Model 96 bamboo fly rod, 6'6", 2 piece, 2 tip and what feels to me like a #4. Full original condition. The rod weighs a delicate 2. 3 ounces. Used but well cared for with very little wear to the inner snake guides. Flamed oven tempered cane, brown main wraps with yellow edges and a band of purple at the keeper and male ferrules. The ferrule retain 98% of their oxidation and the varnish is in very good condition. The ferrule fit is great
